The Role

Benri Health’s mission is to make access to health care convenient and easy.  We believe that removing obstacles to care – particularly in communities that have traditionally been underserved – is the key to improving population health and health equity.  Working collaboratively with pharmacies, physicians, payers and consumers, we streamline every aspect of care from appointment to payment.  We want every customer to be a Benri Health zealot.  This role is critical to achieving that goal.

 

As Benri Health’s Manager of Marketing and Business Development, you passionately amplify our vision and mission to inspire and educate prospects, customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Benri Health’s brand identity by leading communications via the company’s website, social media, PR, and email communications
  • Develop and implement marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
  • Work with colleagues and contractors to execute the company’s marketing strategies
  • Maintain the marketing budget; evaluate tradeoffs between marketing opportunities and recommend tactics to management
  • Plan and orchestrate a high impact strategy for the company's presence at 2-4 major events per year
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to implement an exceptional new customer intake and on-boarding experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or advertising, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working in marketing and communication roles in a B2B solutions company
  • Exceptional research, writing and messaging skills
  • Experience writing for a variety of channels, from infographics to blogs to social media
  • Quantitative orientation to marketing objectives and marketing ROI
  • Good problem-solving skills

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Strategic thinker capable of prioritizing marketing tactics within a budget
  • Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
  • Able to conduct market research efficiently through surveys and interviews as well as secondary research
  • Proficient with marketing software (e.g., Hubspot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style
  • Time management and organizational skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of healthcare, health insurance and pharmacy processes
