The Role

Benri Health’s mission is to make health care accessible, convenient and easy.  We believe that removing obstacles to care – particularly in communities that have traditionally been underserved – is the key to improving population health and health equity.  Working collaboratively with pharmacies, physicians, payers and consumers, we streamline every aspect of care from appointment to payment.  As Director of Customer Success, you will guide customers through on-boarding and cultivate relationships by providing exceptional service during implementation and by rapidly resolving issues to ensure customer success.  We want every customer to be a Benri Health zealot.  This role is critical to achieving that goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customer implementations and support live customers in optimizing their ROI
  • Develop online training modules and conduct regular customer training sessions
  • Implement processes, systems and metrics needed to provide exceptional customer service
  • Recruit, hire and develop a team that is passionate about the success of our customers
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Success department
  • Mobilize the company to address customer issues
  • Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Training or Customer Support role in a B2B SaaS company
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software configuration and implementation
  • 2+ years of business process improvement experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Broad soft skills including active listening, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and dependability
  • Sincere empathy, compassion and patience for the customer and a commitment to understanding their requirements, challenges, or problems
  • Experience with software configuration and implementation, system workflows and industry best practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and drive change
  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Desired: Understanding of health care and health insurance business processes
  • Desired: Understanding of retail and/or community pharmacy business operations
