Set Up Your PayPal Business Account

Benri Health uses PayPal to process payments for your pharmacy's direct-pay programs. If you do not already have a PayPal Business account, setup should take about 10 minutes.

Before you begin:
Open the PayPal Business Account setup page using the button below. Open it in a separate browser tab or window so you can keep these instructions open and refer back to them as you complete the PayPal setup.

Already have a PayPal Business account?
You do not need to create another one. Make sure you know your login credentials and bring them to your onboarding session.

Before You Begin

Have the following information available:

Your pharmacy's legal business name and address
Tax ID / EIN
Business email address
Your business entity type

PayPal Business Account Setup

Start your PayPal Business account setup. Click Getting Started when prompted.

What do you want to do with PayPal? Choose Selling Goods or Services.

Where do you plan to accept payments? Select:

On your website
Remotely

What do you plan to sell? Select:

Physical products
Services

How will customers pay? Choose Recurring Payments.

Select your payment solution. Choose Online Checkout.

Tell PayPal about your business structure. Choose LLC, corporation... and then select the business type that accurately describes your pharmacy.

Enter your business information. Provide your pharmacy's legal business name, address and Tax ID/EIN, then submit.

Select your business category. Choose Medical Services and Health Practitioners.

Complete the remaining business information. Optional fields may be left blank. Enter your pharmacy's business email address when requested.

Skip "Link a Bank" for now. We will complete the connection to your bank account during the Benri Health onboarding process.

Skip the additional Online Checkout setup prompt. Benri Health handles the integration with PayPal, so you do not need to configure PayPal checkout on your own website.

You're done.
Keep your PayPal Business account login credentials available for your Benri Health onboarding session. We will walk you through the remaining connection and payment setup.
